We are celebrating the season full of fall festivals, pumpkin carving, falling leaves, porch decorations, and Halloween costumes with a photo contest! RULES & CONDITIONS
Limit 1 photos per category per household. All photo entries must be received by 11:59 PM on Sunday, October 31, 2021. By submitting photos, you agree that you own the rights to the photo and would like to enter the contest. You give Macaroni KID Elberton permission to share the photo, create a post with your photo on Facebook, and use the image on the website and social media for the purpose of the contest only. You must be 18 or older, a resident of Elbert County or surrounding county, and subscribe to the Macaroni KID Elberton newsletter to enter and win!
Photos have been divided into two categories: Best Halloween Costume & Best Pumpkin / Fall Photo. There will be THREE (3) winners in each categories for a total of SIX (6) gift baskets to be awarded. A household may only win ONE (1) gift per family, even if multiple photos were submitted. The most popular photo from each family will be used to determine the prize. In the event of a tie, a third-party tie-breaker vote will be conducted before official winners are announced. Odds of winning vary based on number of eligible entries. The prizes are intended for kids and families. Prize pick up or delivery will be arranged to be given in-person in Elberton, Georgia. If you are unable to make arrangements to get the prize within 7 days or you cannot be reached by the email provided at time of entry, you hereby forfeit the prize and we will contact the next runner-up photo entry.
PRIVACY POLICY
Macaroni KID Elberton is locally owned and managed by a mom and publisher living in Elberton, Georgia. Your privacy is important to me. Submitted photo may be viewed publicly on the Facebook page, contest voting page, website, and on the newsletter. The top photos will be displayed on the website, newsletter and social media. All photo submissions will only be used for the purpose of this contest, stored in a folder, and deleted from my computer after 30 days.
