As you celebrate Christmas, Hannukah, or Kwanzaa this week, please take a moment to enjoy the special moments we spend with our families every day. I think that those memories are more precious than gifts under the tree.
Year after year, I notice new and exciting creative programs from the local community. I love all of the hard work and dedication from ALL of our local businesses, restaurants, local churches, and community groups. Thank you to our annual sponsors who help support this publication and my ongoing goal to help parents in our area.
One of the reasons why I enjoy managing and updating Macaroni KID Elberton, is to organize and share all of the upcoming events for kids and parents. I am looking forward to a new year full of fresh opportunities and good ideas in 2025. I am highly motivated by the kind words of my readers, and I couldn't do it without the support of our small businesses and members of the local community, like you!
There's always something to prepare, plan, things to do, errands to run, and stuff to buy... but this year, I want to live in the moment and enjoy things as they are right now. No need to be discouraged by a to-do list of incomplete tasks for the week... just take things step-by-step and focus on what really matters: love, family, and everyday moments that make life fun.
