Description
Come downtown on Halloween night for a family-friendly trick-or-treat on the square with local businesses.
🎃 Trick or Treat starts at 4:00pm
🎃 Costume parade at 5:45pm.
🎃 Winners announced at 6:00pm
Prizes to be awarded for the most creative, best family costume, and best pet costume.
Who
All ages are welcome to come, dress up, and trick-or-treat on the square. Open to the public.

"SKELEBRATION" Skeleton Decorating Contest
Contest is open to all EC businesses. Registration forms can be completed at Main Street office 203 Elbert Street.
Main Street Members/FREE, Skeleton included
Non- Member/ $15, must provide own skeleton
- Skeletons must be no taller than 5ft.
- You must maintain your Skeleton throughout the event.
- No inappropriate materials should be used. This is a family event and the use of any vulgar or scary material is prohibited.
- Use of political material is prohibited.
- All proceeds will go back into this event for the following year.
Voting & winner announced at event on Oct. 31st at 6pm
