Registration for the Kids and Teens camps will be held ONLINE ONLY Sat. Mar. 9th beginning at 10:00 am.
Only a limited number of spaces are available for each camp, and participants will be signed up on a first-come, first-served basis. Once participants have successfully registered online, an Elbert Theatre representative will contact the email address given at the time of registration to collect the rest of the information that is needed about each child (medical information, emergency contacts, payment, etc.)
Camp registration is competitive and the Elbert Theatre Office believes that camps will be full during the first hour of sign-up.

**Please note that the final day of both camps will run for a full day straight through the end of the performance - approx. 7:30PM.**
Who
Please do not sign up for camp if your child will miss more than 3 days during the camp period or if he/she will miss multiple half-days. We understand that camps may fall during already planned vacations, and we try to stay away from the “busy” time of the summer as much as we can, but these are the dates we had to hold the camps this year. It is unfair to the camp staff and to the other campers to have to work around absences and take extra time out of the already crunched schedule to catch up anyone that has missed info while gone.

$90 for Kids Camp (K-5th grade) / $120 for Theater Camp (6-12th grade)How
- On Registration Day, a Survey Monkey link will appear on the Elbert Theatre website homepage beginning at 10:00AM. Click on this link to take a short survey that will collect basic information for the youth being signed up. (If you wish to sign up more than 1 person for camp, you’ll have to complete a separate survey for each youth.)
- Once your survey is complete, it will be electronically sent to the Elbert Theatre office with a timestamp. An Elbert Theatre representative will contact you using the email you provided in the survey to confirm camp registration for each participant. CAMP REGISTRATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM THE ELBERT THEATRE OFFICE.
- In response to the confirmation email, you’ll need to (1) provide medical information for each youth attending, (2) electronically sign a consent to participate waiver, and (3) provide t-shirt sizes for each youth if you wish to purchase a camp shirt. (Purchasing a t-shirt is not required.) The confirmation email will guide you through your responses for each item needed.
- Also in response to the confirmation email, you’ll need to state whether you intend to pay with cash, check or credit/debit card. If paying with check/cash, you’ll have until Fri. Mar 15, 2024 at 5pm to bring your payment to the Elbert Theatre office before your spot is released for the camp. If paying with credit/debit card, an Elbert Theatre representative will call you on Registration Day for payment over the phone. Please note that a 3% charge of the total amount due will be added to all credit/debit purchases to cover bank fees. (Example: Kids Camp Registration Fee ($90) + Kids Camp Tshirt ($15) = $105.00. Total of $105.00 + 3% Credit Card Fee ($3.15) = $108.15 for total amount charged to credit/debit card.)
- The link to the survey will be disabled/removed once the capacity for both camps has been reached. (The link is set to automatically close at 12:00PM on 3/9/24, but we do expect camps to fill up before that time.) It is possible that you may be able to complete your survey and submit it before we are able to manually close the link. If this happens, you will also be notified via email from the Elbert Theatre office letting you know that capacity was reached and your child was not able to sign up for camp. You will be given the option to be added to a Waiting List at that time.
